What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies may include local storage, pixels or software logs. They can support site operation, remember choices, protect accounts and provide information about performance.
Current use
The public ARC8 website operates without advertising cookies. Hosting and security providers may process essential technical data required to deliver and protect the site. If a visitor chooses Allow analytics, ARC8 stores a device-level preference and records limited first-party page-view information without storing the visitor's name, email address or raw IP address in the analytics register. The private portal uses strictly necessary authentication, session and security technologies.
Categories that may be used
- Strictly necessary: site delivery, load balancing, fraud prevention, session management and account security.
- Preferences: remembering language, interface or accessibility choices when such features are enabled.
- Analytics: understanding aggregate performance and use only if an analytics service is introduced.
- Advertising: not currently planned. ARC8 will update this notice and provide legally required controls before using advertising or cross-context behavioral technologies.
Your choices
The ARC8 preference tool offers Essential only and Allow analytics choices before first-party analytics is activated. The choice is stored on the device and can also be cleared through browser storage controls. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, but disabling strictly necessary technologies may prevent account sign-in or other secure features.
Updates and contact
This notice may change when technology or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to studio@arc8.com.
