This policy applies to information handled by ARC8 through this website, direct enquiries and the ARC8 investor portal when it becomes available. A project-specific entity or third-party service may provide a separate notice where it independently controls information.

ARC8 is responsible for the practices described here. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to studio@arc8.com.

The information collected depends on how you interact with ARC8.

• Identity and contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number and mailing address.
• Account and verification information used to evaluate and manage access to private project materials.
• Communications, submitted documents, preferences and records of requests or approvals.
• Technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, security logs and interaction data.
• Project, transaction or eligibility information when reasonably required for a specific private opportunity.

• Respond to enquiries and evaluate account or project-access requests.
• Operate, secure and improve the website and future portal.
• Provide authorized project updates, records, notices and support.
• Verify identity, prevent misuse and meet legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.
• Send service communications and, where permitted, marketing communications that can be unsubscribed from.

Information may be provided to hosting, security, communications, professional-adviser, project-administration and compliance providers that need it to perform services. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business or project reorganization.

ARC8 does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used in applicable U.S. state privacy laws. If that practice changes, this notice and any legally required choice mechanism will be updated before the new use begins.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including account administration, project records, dispute resolution and legal obligations. ARC8 intends to use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of certain personal information, and to appeal a denied request. ARC8 may verify identity and may retain information where an exception applies.

Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method. Browser and cookie choices are described in the Cookie Notice. Requests may be sent to studio@arc8.com with the subject “Privacy Request.”

ARC8 services and the future investor portal are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Portal users must be at least 18 years old. Do not submit a child’s information through this website.

Information may be processed in the United States. This policy may be updated as the platform, services or legal requirements change; the effective date will identify the current version.
